Palmer Properties, a division of R. B. Palmer & Associates Ltd, is a private real estate investment, property management and consulting company based in Edmonton, Alberta. We specialize in the development and management of industrial / commercial and specialized automotive properties in Western Canada.

Founded in 1975 by R. Barry Palmer, Palmer Properties continues to work with our tenants and clients to provide quality properties and management services. Palmer Properties has a proven track record of real estate investments for over 35 years.
